If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you can ask the Legal Ombudsman (address: Edward House, Quay Place, Birmingham, Bl 2RA) website www.legalombudsman.org.uk to consider your complaint. The Legal Ombudsman can only investigate complaints up to 6 years from the date of the problem happening, or within 3 years of when you found out about the problem.
